Is Dr. Bauer-Olson accepting new patients? Yes we are, however, please see the next question for which insurances we are unable to accept as new patients.
What insurance providers do you currently accept? We accept several commercial insurance plans as well as Medicare. As of March 1, 2024, we are unable to take new ND or MN Medicaid patients (this includes Blue Plus and BCBS ND Medicaid Expansion plans). Always check with your insurance before scheduling to make sure Dr. Bauer-Olson is in-network with your plan.

When does Dr. Bauer-Olson see patients? Dr. Bauer-Olson's regular office hours are 9:30am -5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Do you take Walk-in patients? Currently, we are not set up to provide walk-in care, but we do offer same day visits for acute illnesses. Please call or text the office for availability (Note: limited slots available).

Can I send a message directly to Dr. Bauer-Olson via Elation Passport? Yes. This feature has been activated. If you have questions, please contact the clinic.

How can I pay my bill? You have several options to pay your bill.

I need a medication refill, who do I call? Please call your pharmacy and they will contact us on your behalf.

I need to cancel and/or reschedule my appointment, how can I do that? You can cancel/reschedule by calling or texting our office line at 701-499-4847.

I am unable to pay my entire balance today, do you offer payment plans? Yes! Call and talk to Kelsey in the office to set up a payment plan. We are now also an approved CareCredit provider. Click here to learn more & see if you qualify!

Do you have Covid vaccines? No, currently we do not offer Covid vaccines. As far as seasonal vaccines, we currently just offer the influenza vaccine.

My child needs their immunizations, do you have those at your clinic? Yes! We offer childhood immunizations for commercially insured and self-pay patients. Unfortunately, we do not provide immunizations for ND Medicaid, BCBS ND Medicaid Expansion, MN Medicaid or MN Blue Plus at this time.

Are you affiliated with any of the local hospitals in town? No, Dr. Bauer-Olson is an independent physician with no direct affiliation with a local hospital. If you require the services of a hospital, you have the freedom to choose. However, please check with your insurance provider in case they require you to use a certain facility.
